Sonic install Comic Sans

This is a joke hack, where (almost) all text was redrawn with the Comic Sans font... Aaand that's all.
List of changes in the hack:
- Graphics (Text from Sega screen, HUD, fonts and etc);
- Title Screen (graphics, animations, objects, track from "Sonic Spinball");
- New Sonic's palette;
- New SEGA jingle;
- Restore skip SEGA screen;
- Fix Spikebug;
- Fix Horizontal Camera Follow bug;
- Fix a race condition with Pattern Load Cues;
- Make Special Stage more smooth;
- Change title screen's Demos.

The title screen alone gave me a chuckle. Sonic hit us with a "Really, dude?" look.
