Entries based on games beyond the Retro years usually require Mod Loaders to be applied and run on versions of some games (or, at the very least, to be done so the quickest and easiest way).

Those with the availablity will have One-Click Download support added for them this year, meaning so long as you have it downloaded and set up you will be able to get the Mod Loader in question to download and set up entries near-automatically.
