Soleanna Reborn: Demo

By The Reborn Crew

Experience 2 stages from Sonic The Hedgehog (2006) adapted to Frontiers, both in terms of visuals and gameplay.

Keep in mind this is just a demo and a lot is subject to change and/or be improved.

Stages: 1: Wave Ocean, 2: Kingdom Valley

The config lets you choose between 2 soundtrack selections: Retail '06 OST or remixes from Silent Dreams.

The mod requires 2 mods as dependencies: Character Normaliser, Playable Characters in Cyberspace. Do not worry about searching for them, HMM dependencies will resolve it.

An important note to the mod!

If you want to use the open zone skills characters like Tails have, you need a manual0 (the first save) save file that has their skills unlocked so that Arcade mode can load them. It's a bit strange, but it works this way.

A different option is by using a code, which I never was told what code it is anyway...

This mod is very promising, and I really enjoyed playing it. The stage visuals look great, clearly you put a lot of effort into them. The stage's logic is pretty complex and dynamic. I like that you took the time to mod the UI to be more like 06. I also like the mid-level character switches, the Knuckles section was particularly fun.

However, there are some small issues that I hope will be fixed in the future: at some points in the Wave Ocean stage (mostly the start) the camera dips into the terrain. The loop right before the tunnel section glitched and threw me into the water during my first attempt. Swinging poles don't seem to work.

In general a very good time though, thanks for the game!
