The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog

Hello there, I'm TheArnold {A.K.A. MightyArnold} and I want to show my ROM hack: The Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog.
{Please do NOT CONFUSE OR RELATE it to the cartoon show, it HAS NOTHING to do with it!}
This specific build was made around 2019 and just now I'm showing to the public. The focus of this hack was to be a complete level/pallete/music overhaul and with the time learning about ROM hacking make some advanced modifications such as level art and new mechanics. Due to occupations of adult life and the fact that I lost the source code of this specific build it will no more be continued. The hack can be played until the end but only the first two zones are completely edited.
My objective here is just to receive feedbacks based on what I made, maybe I can use them as a fuel to make a comeback.
Level design and pallete edits are made by me, musics made by Mr. Joker 27 (at the time) and all other features/corrections made by Sonic Retro/SSRG tutorials.

Please avoid using Mr. Joker 27 Productions SMPS creations because it may get you banned from SHC, even if it's before. It's fine that you used some of his music in past, but in creating a new ROM Hack. You should make the clear that RetroMasterVGM is not currently promoting his SMPS to be public, your ROM Hack can use some music from other games that used SMPS.
I found the Marble Zone parallel nice to play around here. Even for a generic palette/level hack, I thought that zone in particular stood out to me.
That Marble Zone pallete swap is... fitting. Fire and soot, can't get better than this.
Yeah it needs a lot more polish to fix all the bugs and collision detections but otherwise it's was pretty cool
