Featuring 7 acts of tightly designed platforming with fresh level art and colorful palettes, the definitive and final version of Sonic Sunventure is here to give it one last run in the spotlight.
As it stands, this is a completed experience but is far less than my intended vision for the project. I had to scrap the vast majority of the planned content due to personal issues and burnout, and I released this version out of a sense of both obligation and a desire to showcase the genuine improvements made since its last SHC appearance. That's not to say that the scrapped content will never appear again, as I commonly reuse ideas for new projects.
For those that would want to continue where I left off, I have left the project as a public repository on Github, and for those curious about the cut content I made a video about it that also explains my reasonings for ending development.
Disclaimer: Content wise, this is the same as the last 2024 release. This version changes music and has some minor fixes for a more polished experience.
Known Issue: The game WON'T save your settings in the options menu if you hover over the camera option and exit the menu. No clue why.

Even after years, this rom hack is still a masterpiece. Good job on there!
I've played this hack from start to finish, it looks very good graphically, I like that the Burning Force music is used, it looks very good, other than that, I really enjoyed the level design
Another year of consistent evolution for this one. Good art, challenging layouts, enjoyable music, a solid package all around.
SRZ3 is basically a neat "no rings" challenge - hold to those shields for your life! (fortunately there are plenty).
And what you did to Final Zone... now that's evil, yo :D
Probably one of my favorite enntriie ts far, it's a shame it won't be finished! (At least by you) The new challenge in Final Zone made the boss a little tougher while still fair. But yeah, not much to say other than "it's good!"

Ngl, I don't have too much to say on this aside from admiring some of the shields and general presentation!
