This is basically R43C (Sonic CD Tidal Tempest act 3 the boss round) on the mega drive after decompiling its MMD file you get to play in tidal tempest from sonic cd on the MD

this also contains a build of R82A which is metallic madness act 1 it has 2 bugs tho buts its also a working build

there is no time travel as well because this is a stand alone zone
