Sonic: The Return of Painful World Spikes Kaizo (Alternative Title: Sonic the Hedgehog - The Return of Painful World Spikes Kaizo; Sonic: TROPWSK) - is a hack of Sonic the Hedgehog for Sega Mega Drive/Genesis, created by Vadim_Super.
The hack was done for 10 hours lt has a new level design, as well as palettes and musical levels. It features an extremely complex level design and features anger-inducing and hardcore. There are several traps, jumping from the monitor and everything else.

What are you talking about, this hack is not a joke, it's just a typical kaizo hack.

This hack is the continuation and final of the entire Sonic Painful World Spikes Kaizo series. Recall that the very first part of the hack Sonic: Painful World Spikes Kazio was released on SHC2020 at Expo and 2021 spawned many series of kaizo hacks from the first part of the game Sonic the Hedgehog (1991).
