Amendment #5 - Last Minute Judge Change
By giovanni.gen @ 2024-09-07 11:37:25In response to an incident in the Sonic 3 AIR Discord Server, Dynamic Lemons has been removed from the Judges of the Sonic Hacking Contest.
The incident involves a display of high unprofessionality in regards to a potential SHC Entrant, it being the Amy Galore modification.
The choice has been reviewed by the Head Judges, and by the Sonic 3 AIR Judges, with no expressed dissent.
We believe the conduct to have been exceedingly unprofessional, and unbefitting of someone who, at the end of the day, is meant to be a representant of their community, and the Sonic Hacking Contest.
Some of you may also be aware of reoccurring personal issues between HazelSpooder, and Dynamic Lemons, among others. Please note that those events have had next to no impact in the decision making process.

What the hell happened
basically Dynamic Lemons was being a dick towards Team Galore because "HoW dArE a GaMeBaNaNa MoD eNtEr ThE hAcKiNg CoNtEsT!!!!11111!!!! OnLy FoUrMs UsErS sHoUlD bE aLlOwEd To SuBmIt ThEiR sOnIc 3 AiR mOdS!!!!1111!!111111".
At least that's my understanding of the whole fiasco.
The ongoing conflict between Sonic 3 AIR's community leads and Gamebanana has no relevance in regards to this incident.

Then what was the cause of the incident? Not telling people what happened is just going on and why will just cause wild speculation and conspiracies about why she got kicked and even possibly make people belive that the reason she got kicked is because one of the other judges had a vendetta against her and made up a story to get her kicked. Transparency is required for messy situations like this one.
Just because it is a mod from gamebanana, that doesn't means it cant go to the contest(something like Sonic 3 a.i.r. DA Garden edition)

I've heard so many countless stories of lemons acting like a huge asshole with a humongous ego to top it off, thinking their the big shit all the time.
Good that you guys took action by removing them from the judges, I would have done the same, given their record and past.

Yeah, I literally chewed Lemons out in the AIR server for just how childish they were being about the whole thing. If you can't handle even the slightest threat of competition...what are you even here for?
Now you got me thinking...how old even is Lemons?
If shes anything over 18 or 20, then something is seriously wrong with them.

Got it, it's been fixed.
I mean being a raging dickface towards a mod because of the petty squabling between the Sonic 3 AIR Fourms & the Sonic 3 AIR Gamebanna is childish as hell.
